The repair of Dance Lane is in the works.
A contractor has been selected (D.L. Morgan) and the Maryland Department of the Environment will be here at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 18, to review the site for permitting. Once we get the green light, the repair will be scheduled.
An engineer from the Army Corps of Engineers will accompany the Maryland MDE representative. D.L. Morgan will send someone to describe the scope of the work. Darrell Penwell, Directory of the Jefferson County Office of Emergency Management, will attend. If you are available and interested in this project, please plan to attend to show your support for the repair.
