Community Meeting & Vote Tomorrow!

Plan on attending this meeting -- it's your chance to tell next year's Board what you want, and to hear what your neighbors have to say.

Voting Agenda

1. We will vote on board-recommended changes to our by-laws. You will receive something in the mail about this before the end of September.
2. We will vote in three new board members. If you'd like to volunteer, contact any of the current board members.

Discussion Agenda

1. We will discuss and take a poll on Harlow Road -- pave it? partially pave it? Go with gravel? Come to the meeting -- let next year's board know what you want.
2. We will discuss items of most importance to the community: roads, annual assessments, dogs, trash, mail, the recreation area. At the meeting you will receive a packet of information including a treasurer's report, what to do about trash and dog problems, an update on our new fire department, a map of the neighborhood with your neighbor's names, and other useful information.
