Tar and Chip Meeting

Riverside Acres Property Owners:

There will be a Harlow Road Project/Tar and Chip Meeting this Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 1:00 p.m.

The meeting will be held in the Riverside Acres Recreation Area at the end of Dance Lane. Please bring a chair if you are able.

This meeting is intended to provide residents with technical information and financing options for the Harlow Road Project. There will be a question and answer segment at the end of the meeting.

The tentative agenda is as follows:

• Current State of Harlow Road – What have we been doing? How much have we been paying? Why would tar and chip be a better option?
• Treasurer's Report – What can we do with what we have?
• Technical Information About Tar and Chip
  
• Review of Tar and Chip Estimates
• Financing Options
• Questions and Concerns
  

Various handouts will be available at the meeting along with photographs of a tar and chip road in another community.
