RAPOA will hold an open board meeting this Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Reynold's home at the end of Quartet Lane.
This meeting is specifically to address the Harlow Road Project. Other community issues will not be addressed at this time.
The tentative agenda includes:
* What the project consists of
* How much the final cost will be
* Results of community recreation area appraisal
* Loan possibilities, requirements, and final documentation to be submitted to obtain a bank loan
* Legal requirements as stated in the covenants and bylaws
* Distribution/Collection of necessary ballots/votes from property owners
