Notice of Annual General Membership Meeting and Board Elections

The Riverside Acres Property Owners Association will hold its annual general membership meeting and board elections on October 22, 2016 at 9AM at the Steiding residence on Harlow Rd.

Candidates

This year there is one candidate up for re-election and one open board position. See the accompanying proxy document to cast your vote. Please consider contributing to your community by offering to serve a three year term on the board as an at-large member. There are 4 regularly-scheduled, one-hour-long meetings a year. You'll get to know your neighbors, catch up on neighborhood and beyond news, and feel good about our great little community. Contact a board member if you are interested.

How to Vote

You may vote in person at the meeting or you may submit a proxy (available here). Candidate(s) are listed on the proxy. Each lot in Riverside Acres is allowed one vote per candidate. Example: if there are 3 candidates and you own 2 lots, you may cast 6 votes in any way you like. Note that Riverside Acres lots do not correspond one-to-one with county tax properties. You may own two or more lots, have one county tax bill, but you are still entitled to vote for each Riverside Acres lot that you own.

If you cannot attend to cast your vote, you may complete and return the proxy form to any board member or via email to riversideacres@gmail.com If you have not signed up for email notifications please take a minute to do so.
